Connect the board over USB, close any other serial monitor, then choose its firmware. After the upload, Logs & Console shows the serial output at 115200 baud.
When asked whether to erase the device, leave it unchecked: the update then keeps the configuration stored on the board (network, MQTT and certificates). Erasing removes it, and the board needs the OTA tool's initial provisioning again.
